COVID-19 Updates and Response

As a response to the ongoing global crisis caused by COVID-19, EPOCH Clemson has taken measures to ensure the safety of our residents, team members, and community.

We continue to remain available for digital communication, 24/7. Our team is available to address any emergency requests, including lock-outs, emergency service requests, or the need for in-person meetings on a pre-scheduled basis. Note that while these services are available, we have suspended in-unit and face-to-face services that are not consistent with an emergency.

Our team has further elected to temporarily close our common amenity spaces, to help prevent the potential for any disease to spread. This election comes after careful review of guidance from Federal and State governments, as well as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

We will continue to offer mail/parcel services in our dedicated Mail Room, as well as all functions of our online Resident Portal and Leasing System, including the ability to make rental payments, place service requests, communicate with management, and apply / sign your lease agreement for the upcoming academic year. We are also continuing our Courtesy Officer program, and will continue to maintain property security according to the normal schedule.

Our team remains vigilant and will continue to provide consistent and transparent communication with our residents, guarantors, future residents and guests, to share any adjustments to policy or other announcements in a timely manner.
